Conservative legal experts in Washington, D.C. are buzzing over the rumor that Justice Anthony Kennedy may be retiring soon.
The Horn News –
Insiders say his resignation from the Supreme Court could come as soon as Monday, June 26th — and the prospect of President Donald Trump getting a second nominee for the Supreme Court has liberals across the country in hysterics.
According to MSNBC’s Chris Hayes, rumors are swirling around Capitol Hill on Kennedy’s retirement plan —
Just a reminder: there's a chance Kennedy announces his retirement on Monday, paving the way for the end of Roe.
— Christopher Hayes (@chrislhayes) June 22, 2017
Hayes’ tweet indicates a Justice more conservative than Kennedy would tilt the court against the Roe v. Wade ruling — and could mean the beginning of the end for abortion in the United States.
It is worth noting that nothing is set in stone… and it would still be an uphill climb to ban abortion in the U.S.
However, Hayes isn’t the only reporter that has heard the news.
Jack Posobiec — and outspoken Trump supporter and conservative reporter — reported the same thing Thursday night.
Former Kennedy clerk: "Expect retirement next week"

"He waited 8 years to retire during Obama, and he wants to enjoy his retirement ASAP" https://t.co/P4fhXQy6WB

The rumor has liberals across the country in a panic.
The following Twitter user is still wishing failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton had won —
This is incredibly bad and why I voted for @HillaryClinton, among many other very important reasons, like improving the #ACA. https://t.co/xHOa5FaTIr

Yes, it’s also the reason many folks voted Trump. Only one side won, however.
What was it that former President Barack Obama said about elections, and how they have consequences? Well, that fits nicely here.
This next liberal thinks banning abortions would keep her from doing her job… (What kind of job guarantees a woman will get pregnant? We’ll leave it to our readers to fill in that blank.)
A gov't controlled body is not a whole person. Forced birth is equivalent to slavery. They can go to hell!
WE WILL NOT GO BACK!

Wow, comparing abortion to slaves in bondage? That’s insanity.
This user thinks a conservative Supreme Court nominee would overturn every previous ruling — and re-institute Jim Crow laws.
So, Oberfegell v. Hodges and Lawrence v. Texas are also at risk? Maybe even Brown v. BoE?

Perhaps someone should explain to liberals that it was Democrats that put those racist Jim Crow laws in place in the first place!
