North Korea warns it will launch a ‘merciless strike’ on the U.S. as the military prepares to conduct annual exercises with South Korea.
On Sunday Pyongyang warned the upcoming military exercises are ‘reckless behavior’ that are driving the situation into the ‘uncontrollable phase of a nuclear war.’
This comes just a day before the 10 day joint military operation is set to begin.
North Korea also declared its military is capable of targeting the U.S mainland, as well as Guam and Hawaii claiming there would be no way to dodge the strike.
