Mitch McConnell vows to speed-up the confirmation process of President Trump’s judicial nominees.

The Senate majority leader is reportedly seeking to overturn a tradition requiring home state senators to sign-off on a judge before a senate vote.

This comes after several Conservative groups including Judicial Crisis Network expressed frustration over the slow pace of judicial nominations.

The group had threatened to run a $250,000 ad campaign demanding McConnell change the confirmation rules.

It has revoked that plan after McConnell’s promise to accelerate the pace.
