Top FBI and DOJ officials could soon be subpoenaed, amid allegations of political bias against the president.

Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan said he’s received confirmation that subpoenas are incoming.

He claims those likely to be summoned are deputy FBI Director Andrew Mccabe, former investigator Peter Strzok, FBI agent Lisa Page and top officials behind Fusion GPS.

Florida Representative Ron DeSantis also said FBI Director Chris Wray and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein could be charged with contempt if they fail to turn over necessary documents.
