President Trump signed off on the short-term spending bill Congress passed on Monday to end the government shutdown.
The president signed the bill Monday night, following the Senate’s passage of the legislation 81-19, and about an hour later the House passed the three-week spending bill in a 266-150 vote.
The government is now funded until February 8.
Democrats agreed to support the short-term bill because Republicans promised to work on an immigration deal in the coming weeks.
