President Donald Trump’s campaign is pulling most of its advertising from Florida, The Detroit News reports, and focusing on four battleground states that were part of his 2016 win: Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota and Pennsylvania.

Polls show the president is essentially tied with former Vice President Joe Biden in Ohio, but down in the other three states.

With a much smaller budget than the opposition, Trump’s campaign has $24 million from its national ad budget, the News reported. Biden’s camp has boosted its effort by $197 million, and Biden has outspent Trump three-to-one since Labor Day.

Biden has budgeted $8.3 million in Florida, $7.1 million in Pennsylvania, $5.3 million in Michigan and $4.9 million in North Carolina, according to the report.

Trump has $350,275 budgeted for ads in Florida, but has canceled $5.5 million in the campaigns final two weeks, the News reported, city data from ad-tracking firm Advertising Analytics.

Trump’s campaign told reporters Tuesday they expect to win Florida with a strong ground game. Trump and Biden are neck-and-neck in the Sunshine State.

“You have to have a ground game. Joe Biden does not have one. The president does,” Trump communications director Tim Murtaugh said. “That’s why you saw the president close the gap in Florida.”

About 312,000 more registered Republicans than registered Democrats have voted in person in Florida during early voting, the News noted. But Democrats lead by 615,000 votes in mail-in voting. That gives Democrats a 41.8% to 37.1% lead.
