EXCLUSIVE: Alec Baldwin is resting up in Vermont with his family a week after the “Rust” movie shooting involving the actor/producer which left cinematographer Halyna Hutchins dead and director Joel Souza injured.

The 63-year-old was spotted at a Ralph Lauren store in Manchester, a small town in southern Vermont.

It appears Baldwin has been in New England since Monday when he was seen on foot in Manchester Center, picking up a food order from Christos Pizza and Pasta.

Chris Stannard, the owner of The Italian Market of Manchester, confirmed to Fox News in an interview on Thursday that “Monday afternoon he was there.”

The business owner added that it’s a “little crazy” that Baldwin ended up in the small, family-friendly vacation town to hunker down in the aftermath of the shooting, given that it’s not exactly a spot too many high-profile figures pass through often.

“There’s a couple [celebrities] who have come through town before but this is pretty newsworthy for our little town,” Stannard said.

On Oct. 21, Baldwin was on the New Mexico set of the Western movie when he discharged a gun that he thought was “cold” but contained live ammunition, hitting Hutchins and Souza.

Fox News’ Melissa Roberto and Michael Ruiz contributed to this report.
