Doctor had said publicly: ‘It’s pretty clear that pregnant women should get vaccinated’
Newly released text messages from Dr. Anthony Fauci’s government-issued phone reveal the doctor was privately concerned about the harmful impact of COVID shots for pregnant women while saying publicly there was no danger.
The new revelations were disclosed Monday by Republican U.S. Sens. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and Rand Paul of Kentucky.
Johnson said on X: “Dr. Fauci was concerned in January 2021 that the second dose of the COVID shot ‘theoretically could be associated with miscarriage in the 1st trimester.’
“Sen. Rand Paul and I released the texts between Anthony Fauci, Rochelle Walensky, and Vivek Murthy below.
“While I’ve been conducting oversight for years, now that we have the documents and Fauci’s government-issued phone, my investigation has only just begun.”

On Feb. 3, 2021, Fauci was saying publicly: “[FDA] have found thus far and we have to be careful but thus far no red flags about that, about pregnant women.”
On Aug. 30, 2021, Fauci said: “Well, are the vaccines safe? … tens and tens and tens of thousands of women who have been followed by the CDC, who have been vaccinated when they were pregnant, there’s no indication whatsoever that there’s any increase of any adverse issues in a pregnant woman who was vaccinated compared to a pregnant woman who wasn’t vaccinated … it’s pretty clear that pregnant women should get vaccinated.”

Meanwhile, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier told Fox News on Monday the Sunshine State’s probe into Fauci is continuing, with additional subpoenas expected.
“We’ve issued subpoenas. We’ll be following up with more subpoenas as we gather additional evidence from the cellphone and other potential devices,” Uthmeier said.
“But at the end of the day, we need to know how widespread the deception went. All the while, we know he was pushing for fame and fortune, book deals, awards, making millions of dollars on the side while people are suffering.”

Uthmeier concluded: “There’s clearly a deception here that people suffered from. We’ll keep seeking accountability.”
