A Texas judge just sided with the Trump administration in declaring Obamacare unconstitutional.

Not just some parts of it, either.

This means we could be headed back to the Supreme Court.

This time, though, liberals should be really scared because there are now more constitutionalists on the bench than not.

Obamacare was struck down by a Texas federal judge in a ruling that casts uncertainty on insurance coverage for millions of U.S. residents.

The decision Friday finding the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional comes just before the end of a six-week open enrollment period for the program in 2019 and underscores a divide between Republicans who have long sought to invalidate the law and Democrats who fought to keep it in place.

[…]

U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor in Fort Worth agreed with a coalition of Republican states led by Texas that he had to eviscerate the Affordable Care Act, the signature health-care overhaul by President Barack Obama, after Congress last year zeroed out a key provision — the tax penalty for not complying with the requirement to buy insurance. The decision is almost certain to be appealed all the way to the Supreme Court.

President Trump tweeted:

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, virulent anti-Trumper: “Today’s ruling is an assault on 133 million Americans with preexisting conditions, on the 20 million Americans who rely on the ACA’s consumer protections for health care, and on America’s faithful progress toward affordable health care for all Americans.”

Potential 2020 presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris (CA) whined:

Kamala wants to implement universal basic income.

It is literally free money.

UBI would give new meaning to the phrase “reckless government spending,” not to mention taxes would spike around the nation.

From Daily Wire:

The plan, largely known as “universal basic income” (UBI) would redistribute money from working Americans to low-income citizens. Harris, who, like Booker, is looking to run for president in 2020, unveiled a plan last month that would give families making less than $100,000 a year up to $500 a month, or $6,000 a year, in tax credits. Individuals making less than $50,000 would get up to $250 a month in tax credits from the government.

Harris: “Americans are working harder than ever but stagnant wages mean they can’t keep up with cost of living increases. We should put money back into the pockets of American families to address rising costs of childcare, housing, tuition, and other expenses.

Harris thinks members of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are comparable to racists of the Ku Klux Klan.

They are one and the same.

This is who Democrats might want to run for president in 2020?

Well, yeah.

I guess that makes sense.

Watch below as Harris gets destroyed by the acting director of ICE.

From Daily Wire:

Democratic California Senator Kamala Harris compared Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) during a Senate hearing on Thursday and appeared to suggest that they act like a terrorist organization toward foreign nationals who are illegally in the United States.

Harris made the comparison during a Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee hearing to consider the nomination of Ronald Vitello to be the new director of ICE.

Vitiello: “The Klan was what we could call today a domestic terrorist group.”

Harris: “Why? Why would we call them a domestic terrorist group?”

Vitiello: “Because they tried to use fear and force to change the political environment.”

Harris: “And what was the motivation for the use of fear and force?”

Vitiello: “It was based on race and ethnicity.”

Harris: “Right. And are you aware of the perception of many about how the power and discretion at ICE is being used to enforce the law and do you see any parallels?”

Vitiello: “I do not see any parallels between sworn officers and agents–”

Harris: “I’m talking about perception.”

Vitiello: “I do not see a parallel between what is constitutionally mandated as it related to enforcing the law. I see no perception that puts ICE in the same category as the KKK.”
