Key Federal Agency Blasts Trump Supporters As “Domestic Terrorists”

Seems like the blowback FEMA is receiving is long overdue, as especially as it appears that its former DEI employees were telling the truth about the agency’s anti-conservative bias after all.

Per a disturbing report from the New York Post, FEMA apparently considers supporters of Trump to be “domestic terrorists.”

And this consideration was on full display during a recent session with the House Oversight Committee, spearheaded by Committee Chairman James Comer.

“My staff just made contact with a new whistleblower who provided a credible account that a FEMA contractor visited the home of an elderly disabled veteran’s family around October 10. While there, he recommended that the family remove Trump campaign materials and signs from their house and yard, stating that his FEMA supervisors view Trump supporters as domestic terrorists,” Comer revealed on X.

Well then. Looks like the DOJ has done a swell job in poisoning the DHS, which oversees FEMA, against individuals who dared to support Trump.

Including elderly, highly vulnerable individuals.

“The elderly homeowners were so frightened by this and afraid that they would not recover their loss that they removed the signs. Nevertheless, FEMA has not returned to their residence. This took place not in Florida, but Georgia,” Comer continued.

So, the incident occurred in Georgia, not Florida, thereby lending further credence to former FEMA employee Marn’I Washington’s claims, after she was summarily fired by FEMA administrator Dana Criswell for sending out a memo stating to avoid homes that were advertising Trump.

“I have information that proves FEMA is lying,” Washington insisted.

Apparently, she not only has information, but she has other whistleblowers coming forward.

Naturally, even though she fired Washington, who has since retained an attorney, Criswell was grilled during a recent hearing with the House Oversight Committee, specifically with regards to the systemic prejudice against individuals who dared to hold conservative political beliefs.

Representative Byron Donalds, a staunch Trump ally, demanded all communications that Criswell may possess with regards to EMA management and field officials.

“My District was hit by Hurricane Ian two years ago. We were devastated like many other communities …There is a FEMA official who said that the agency’s practice to avoid homes that support President Trump and other white or conservative areas is an open secret and has been going on for years… Are you prepared to turn over all communications between your supervisors and field volunteers and officials to this Committee?” Donalds inquired.

“Yes,” Criswell replied crisply, without offering further explanation.

“Mr. Chairman, I move for the record that it is clear that the FEMA Administrator is more than prepared to share all communications with the House Oversight Committee,” Donalds declared.

Representative Jim Jordan pressed Criswell specifically on the 13 individuals in Florida who were ordered to avoid the homes of

“There are 13 people on this text thread. Have you talked to these individuals?” Jordan inquired.

At that point, Criswell was suddenly far less forthright.

“This is under investigation,” Criswell replied coolly.

“That’s not what I asked. I know that. We know how investigation work inside agencies. It takes forever… Have you personally talked to these people?” Jordan asked directly.

“I have not talked to them personally. I have a team that focuses on this investigation,” Criswell replied, sounding increasingly irritable.

“This mindset in the government that conservatives are deplorable… that’s what this sounds like. This text message reminds us of that mentality,” Jordan said pointedly.

Jordan was backed up by Comer, who indicated the future federal government’s intentions to scrutinize FEMA.

Quite closely.

“This is one of the huge issues and will be a priority next year to work with the Trump Administration to make government more efficient. Regardless of party or status, if they have done wrong federal employees should be held accountable,” Comer declared.

Without a doubt. And not a moment too soon …
