One more humiliation has hit a woman who slapped a teen for wearing MAGA clothing.

The news about the attack by Kaitlyn Tracey, 33, of Canada, on a girl on a Jersey Shore boardwalk over the July 4th holiday hit headlines because surveillance footage showed her hitting a teen on the shoulder, then slapping her across the face.

She originally was accused of endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, harassment and obstruction.

She pleaded guilty during a hearing on Tuesday to simple assault, and other charges were dropped. Her sentence of one day in jail was satisfied by the time she spent behind bars after turning herself in after a warrant was issued for her arrest.

However, she was ordered deported as she was inside the United States illegally. She had been handed over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement on her arrest.

But a report in the Daily Mail pointed out that an online fundraiser to fund her legal representation, organized to raise $10,000, fell far short, collected only $4,857.

This was after her husband, Matthew Geroni, 42, set up a GoFundMe for the same purpose but watched as it was canceled because the website doesn’t allow projects to raise money for people accused of crimes.

Tracey claimed the project failed because of “Maga people.”

The Department of Homeland Security had branded her the “Maple Leaf Menace.”

She confronted several teens at the resort location who were wearing “patriotic” clothes, allegedly including “Trump” and “ICE” logos. She on video slapped a teen on the shoulder, then across the face.

Her lawyer, Francis Hodgson, described her as “a productive member of society” and described the attack as “unfortunate.”

Prosecutors said that the family of the victim, who was identified only by the initials MH due to her age, agreed with the plea deal, the Daily Mail confirmed.

Judge Guy P. Ryan suggested after her deportation, it will be “a very long time” before she would be allowed to return to the U.S.

Geroni, to the Daily Mail earlier, claimed the teens “provoked” his wife.

The Mail documented: “Tracey’s husband, who often shares social media posts attacking Republicans, including wishing for Mitch McConnell to die and for the Trump family to get cancer, said he believes Donald Trump is partially to blame for the hostility.”
