The feds have adopted a new policy that pushes the transgender ideology to extremes, promising punishment for employees who don’t abide by its nonsensical requirements to call men “she” and women “he,” if that’s what they demand.

According to a Fox News report experts are calling the new agenda illegal.

According to the report, the Department of Health and Human Services now is demanding that employees “deny biological realities with their own words or face firing.”

Heritage Foundation spokesman Roger Severino bluntly explained, to Fox, “HHS and the federal government is requiring its employees to speak falsehoods.”

He’s the former head of civil rights at HHS, and explained on social media, “HHS today imposed a transgender pronoun mandate on its employees who will now be forced to deny biological realities with their own words or face firing. Those with faith objections should immediately request religious accommodation and prepare to fight for your rights.”

Severino said in the Fox News Digital interview that the First Amendment protects federal workers from being ordered to lie, or adopt a state-endorsed belief system like transgenderism, a favorite of Joe Biden.

Harvard Law graduate Severino said the new agenda would “require” all of those failings.

The agenda from the White House already has included multiple executive orders that are purportedly to battle “gender discrimination.”

An HHS email tells employees that everyone should be addressed by “the names and pronouns they use.”

And the messaging threatens that the continued or “intentional” use of an “incorrect name or pronoun” could be considered unlawful harassment.

Severino explained how extreme the Biden ideology has moved.

“It used to be that if you allowed a man to get naked in front of a woman in the workplace that is instantly a violation of civil rights law. That’s the quintessential hostile work environment, subjecting women to that. Now, the policy says to the women who may be uncomfortable with that situation, they’re the ones who have to leave.”
